You can check the balance and top-up transport cards of the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir and Kirov regions in the Siticard mobile app.

Wherever you are and at any time you will be aware of the current state of your transport card. Just launch the Siticard app and find out the balance by barcode or number of your card. The balance information is updated at least once a day after collecting notices of payment for the trips from the transport validators.

You can top-up a transport card using a payment card of any bank without a commission. It is also possible to change the tariff of the transport card to a more suitable one for you.

ATTENTION: Paid operations for Nizhny Novgorod transport cards can be written in the balance terminals in the Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC. The replenishment and prolongation operations for all kind of cards can be written in the transport validator when traveling the next day after payment (tariff change operations cannot be written in transport validator).

You will find out in the Siticard app everything about your trips using your transport card. You will be able to clarify not only the date and time of the trip, but also the type of transport, route number, as well as the tariff at which the fare was paid.

Advanced functionality of the personal profile will allow you to quickly receive information about completed payments and keep you updated with the latest Siticard news. Important information about services is now always at hand. Even if you do not have Internet access, you can get the required information, find the service point you need on the map and get answers to frequently asked questions.
